The workers were on time for the job, they were very friendly, helpful in moving items out of the way and covering bushes and plants from debris. The workers waited to be sure a storm moving in was or not going to rain on my house. They were able to proceed. In removing the shingles, they found rotten wood which was unexpected. Running to a hardware store for wood was made and the job continued. By 1pm the new roof was on and the workers were off the roof cleaning up. They went around the house looking for nails and debris and they cleaned up very nicely. When your company has good employees as the one that day, to me the owner must be a nice boss. Michael Lumetta was honest in his bid on my roof but with the rotten wood that had to be bought, the end total went up a couple hundred. I expected that would happen and was grateful the rotting was found. They were there when the adjustor came out to make sure all damage was picked up on the original estimate.
